Good news: the new update is about 85% done.
Possession, which has also been improved(more about it later), is fun but what if you could control not only a unit, but an entire meta?
You can now lock in on different meta types and use them as a new way to observe your favorite units, species, cities, kingdoms, and stuff
So if you’ve ever wanted to play as a kingdom, or as a single city inside a kingdom, now you can.
And "play" means not just moving units around - you'll also be able to order units to build structures, chop trees, and do other useful stuff.
And not only that. You can play as a pack of wolves. A horde of zombies and skeletons. Or even as a religion. Or a language.
And if you want a bit more roleplay, you can enable ChessBox Mode in World Laws, which restricts some of your god powers during control mode.
You can also see what units of a specific meta can see, even without locking in
There's also stuff like the farm rework. And corpses rotting away, which you can resurrect yourself, like a necroweirdo.
Can't wait to show more, but that's for later!
