I'm having some trouble getting the CSGO SDK to boot. When I launch it from within Steam, it hangs for a while and then closes without any message or GUI. If I start it from within the files, it says that vstdlib.dll and tier0.dll cannot be found.

I have installed DirectX Redist, all versions of Visual C++ and .NET Framework 4.x (4.8/4.8.1 recommended), but seems not work.
I did try re-installing for all and not working also.
Verify integrity of tool file = verified.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm just hoping I can find a fix because this is driving me to the point of insanity.
