Hello again, everyone, before I get started, I have a bit of good news to share. Hiroshi Matsuyama, the president and CEO of CyberConnect2, has said to Spencer from Siliconera that he would be happy to work on MML3 for Capcom. A link to the story here; http://www.siliconera.com/2011/07/22/cyberconnect2s-ceo-would-be-happy-to-work-on-mega-man-legends-3/ While this unfortunately does not confirm the company will work on the title, it does flicker a light of hope in the darkest days of Megaman. CyberConnect2 is known for games such as Solatorobo: Red the Hunter, which I have heard is inspired by the Legends series.

Now, I will reveal something I have been planning lately; the first "Keep Megaman Alive" group contest! This contest won't be about art or talent, instead, you will be tasked with writing a poem or a short story about Megaman. It can be based off the games, about your history playing them, or just why you like the series. There are some rules for this contest;

Rule 1. This is the most important rule. DO NOT STEAL OTHERS WORK. Your story must be made by you, and I will be making sure each entry is original.

Rule 2. It can not contain things like blood or sex, Megaman is a series based towards kids. Cussing is okay, just make sure it isn't all over the place.

Rule 3. It must be about Megaman. I think this one is self-explanatory.

You can write your entries in the comments section of this post, or on a website such as Fan-Fiction.net. If you do write yours on a seperate website, post a link in the comments of this announcement. Entries must be posted by July 28th. Winners will be decided between July 28 to July 30. There will be two winners and three to four honorable mentions in all. Winners will become an admin, and I will send everyone's submissions to Capcom, if you send yours yourself please tell me. I wish you all good luck, and if this contest fails, well, honestly I won't be surprised.

Hello Blue Bomber fans, and I'd like to thank you all for joining this group. Recently, Megaman has not been doing so good. Ever since Keiji Inafune left, both MM games have been canceled and a lot of fans, myself included, are both sad and angry at this fact. Obviously, someone at Capcom is not a big Megaman fan. Why? Why is Capcom seemingly trying to kill off the poor guy? Maybe they think people only want DEM FIGHTAN GAEMS? Maybe they're not too pleased with Mr. Inafune leaving?

Whatever the reason, we MM fans have to fight against them. We have to show we care, and that the Blue Bomber is a part of our lives. That is probably why you joined this group. Capcom said the Devroom got 15,000 members, and that's not enough for them. Well, how about 100,000? If this group (somehow) gets 100,000 or more members, I will send a link to this group to Capcom! However, you must follow some rules to stay in this group. Read below for the list;

Rule 1. Be kind. We are all MM fans fighting for the same reason, so why should we be mean to each other?

Rule 2. This is a Megaman group, so please refrain from talking about non-Megaman related things.

Rule 3. Megaman haters; do NOT comment anything bad about Megaman. This is a hard time for us fans of the Blue Bomber, so we'd appreciate if he wasn't talked about harshly.

Rule 4. Respect the admins. Although I'm the only admin as of now, I'm sure you don't want to be banned anytime soon for calling admins and their ideas stupid.

The penalty for not following rules are as follows; The first time you are caught braking a rule, you will be warned not to do it again. The second time, you will be kicked by an admin, but allowed to rejoin. The third time you're caught, you will be kicked and permanently banned from this group.
