The profanity filter is currently broken, HTML code is appearing in places where it shouldn't, post histories aren't displaying properly and other things are donked up as well. FYI, the profanity filter not working correctly obviously doesn't mean that the community rules have changed though.

CSGO Lobbies disabled due to exploit

I think a Steam update may have reset group permissions. Admins/Officers/Moderators should now have access restored to invite and accept new group members.
