IEM Cologne Major 2026 has delivered the most radical overhaul of in-game tournament items in CS history. The familiar sticker capsules are gone entirely. In their place, Valve has opened the Major Shop – a store where you don’t pull a random sticker out of a pack, but buy a specific logo or autograph at a price that moves with demand. Souvenir packages have been retired too: the Budapest 2025 containers are the last of their kind, and there won’t be any more. Stepping into their place is the Souvenir-O-Matic, a tool that lets you turn any weapon in your inventory into a souvenir tied to a specific match played at the Major.

The community didn’t hold back. Part of the reaction was delight that you can finally buy exactly the autograph you want with no RNG; part was accusations that Valve now has total control over pricing. The numbers only fanned the flames: top stickers blew past a thousand dollars within the first few hours.

We’ve been watching this update closely, and we want to share our own take — where this is all heading, what’s driving it, and whether collectors should actually be worried. Below are our key arguments, with our reasoning on each.


First, and in our view most important: the new system isn’t a developer whim — it’s a logical step away from randomness. For several years now, cases and capsules have been circled by lawsuits and accusations of disguised gambling. The clearest example is the lawsuit from the New York Attorney General, who argues that CS2 cases are effectively illegal gambling. Against that backdrop, any mechanic where you pay money and get a random item becomes a legal landmine.

So what is Valve doing? Methodically moving everything onto in-game currencies and stripping RNG out of the spots that are easiest to challenge in court. Stars in the Armory, tokens in the Major Shop — these aren’t separate experiments, they’re one coherent strategy. From a regulator’s perspective, that’s a fundamentally different picture.

There’s also a nice bonus for Valve: with direct sticker sales, the company keeps 100% of the revenue from the sale itself (a portion of which then goes to royalties). In other words, killing off capsules hits two targets at once — it lowers regulatory risk and, far from hurting monetization, sometimes improves it. When profit and legal safety point the same way, there’s little doubt about the direction: RNG is going to keep getting carved out of Valve’s products.


This is the point we find most interesting. The Major Shop and its floating prices look an awful lot like a prototype for something bigger — an in-game marketplace or auction house, the kind that’s been rumored for years.

And this isn’t idle speculation. Last year, dataminers already dug up localization strings and references to a bidding system for the Armory in the game files — a mechanic where players spend stars or tokens for a chance at various items. In parallel, in spring 2026 Valve noticeably overhauled item listings on the Steam Community Market, openly framing CS2 as the showcase for the market’s new features. A picture comes together: Valve is simultaneously learning to manage demand and price inside the game while upgrading its trading infrastructure outside of it.

In that sense, the Major Shop is the perfect testing ground. On the live, hyped-up Major audience, Valve is road-testing dynamic pricing: how demand moves price, how batched (rather than instant) quote updates behave, how the protection against sharp price drops holds up. These are all building blocks of a future platform where you’ll be able to list items for tokens or stars — and, for the truly rare lots, let buyers fight it out. We’re not saying the auction house drops tomorrow. But the Major Shop sure looks like a test drive.


Our third point is about a new audience. Realistically, only a relatively small slice of players actively work the skin market today: traders, collectors, investors. Most people just play and crack open a case now and then.

Shops and “auctions” built right into the client could change that. When you can see, right there in the game’s UI, that a star player’s autograph costs as much as a decent graphics card, it’s impossible to ignore — something clicks for the newcomer: there’s real money moving here, and you can get a piece of it. It took a while for capsules to land too; it took several years and a couple of legendary tournaments before stickers came to be seen as an asset.

And here’s a major shift in the monetization philosophy itself. Valve used to make a lot of its money on the gamble — on players spinning RNG hoping to pull something expensive. The new model lets the company earn directly by selling a clear, understandable in-game product, while gently pulling its audience into the logic of “you put money in, you watch the price, maybe you come out ahead.” For the long-term health of the ecosystem — and for its standing with regulators — that’s obviously a more sustainable strategy than betting on loot-box adrenaline.


Our fourth point is about souvenirs, and it has several layers.

First, classic souvenir packages have been officially discontinued: Budapest 2025 was the last, and there almost certainly won’t be new ones for future Majors. The supply tap for old-style souvenirs has run dry.

Second, with the May 22 update, souvenir items can now be put into trade-up contracts (previously they couldn’t). A contract always outputs a normal-quality skin, and all the souvenir attributes burn away in the process. In practice, that means cheap souvenirs are being mass-burned for trade-ups — so their actual supply sitting in inventories is shrinking. The market reacted instantly: cheap items jumped in price because they suddenly became useful fuel for contracts.


Third, new souvenirs made through the Souvenir-O-Matic will show up less often than you’d think. Yes, in theory you can make a souvenir out of almost any skin. But the cost of making one is tied to gold stickers of popular teams and players, and those are often absurdly expensive. Turning a pricey skin into a souvenir is a deliberate, costly decision that few will actually make.

Put the three factors together: old packages are gone, existing souvenirs are burning up in trade-ups, and making new ones is expensive and out of reach for most. The result is a precedent where “Souvenir” goes from a mass-market category to something rare and prestigious. We wouldn’t rule out that this is exactly what Valve is going for — making the Souvenir tag mean something special again.


Our fifth point is speculative, but it follows logically. The stickers and souvenirs from this particular Major have every chance of ending up rare.

The system is new, and a lot of players still haven’t really figured out how it works: where to get tokens, how the price-drop protection is set up, why the same sticker can cost different amounts. Then there’s the price barrier — when part of the community is complaining that they simply can’t afford to take part in the event the way they’re used to, sticker volume inevitably sags. On top of that, the print run shrinks naturally as stickers get applied to weapons. Scarcity is already being baked in.

Add in ESL’s signature Cologne visual identity — that stained-glass, “cathedral” aesthetic that makes the set instantly recognizable — and you’ve got a collection with strong upside over the long run.

And this isn’t just our guesswork. Aurora’s owner, Lerich, has spoken openly about the weak sales:

"As for stickers at this Major: this is the worst Major for sticker sales by a massive margin, and the situation definitely isn't going to improve. For organizations, the financial value of a Major is now going to be much lower (obviously, on the competitive side it's still the most important event there is), and the number of tier-2 and tier-3 orgs is going to drop for sure. Which means the flukey, one-off sticker-farming runs out of the Americas and Asia are going to shrink substantially too."

Lerich’s comments highlight two things. On the financial side: the new royalty model is now tied to VRS seeding and final placement (50% of Major Shop and Viewer Pass revenue is split between the organizer, the teams, and the players), and with record-low sales, the hit to that revenue lands hardest on the lower-tier teams. On the collecting side: if sales really are this low, that’s a direct route to a future shortage of IEM Cologne items. What sounds like bad news for the orgs could very well turn into rising value for the people holding the items.


To keep this piece from coming across as one-sided, it’s worth laying out the other side — and there’s plenty of it in the community.

Popular creators came down hard on the update: plenty of influencers called the system a flat-out cash grab and wildly overpriced, and some are pushing the idea outright that Valve has “broken Major sticker culture.” Analysts point to the core problem — a lack of transparency: players can’t see how many stickers have been sold or the logic behind why the price jumps around. They call the system a black box: Valve sets the starting prices itself, controls supply itself, and keeps all the data to itself. Compared to a stock market — which is what the system superficially resembles — that secrecy looks questionable.

Our stance here is balanced. The criticism is fair: the lack of transparency is a real problem, and Valve would do well to open up at least some basic stats. The question isn’t “is the system good or bad,” it’s whether Valve will dial in the transparency and the affordability of getting in.


How will discounts work — will tokens get cheaper, will the stickers themselves, or will there be no discounts at all?

Valve hasn’t announced any direct “sale” mechanism. In practice: prices already drift down as demand falls, and there’s buyer protection on top of that — if a sticker’s price drops by more than 25 tokens within 24 hours of your purchase, the difference is automatically refunded in tokens. That means Valve would have to refund a sizable chunk of tokens if it introduced discounts, which doesn’t really add up. Our prediction: don’t expect classic percentage-off discounts. Prices will come down organically — through demand and a flood of supply onto third-party markets after the tournament — not through a “-80%” button.

Is this system here to stay, or are changes coming?

Here to stay, most likely. The product looks whole and well thought out — not a raw experiment but a finished architecture (the shop, tokens, price protection, the Souvenir-O-Matic). Coming up with a radical replacement for it would be hard. There’ll be tweaks, of course, but cosmetic ones: some things will get pricier, some cheaper, and Valve may add a bit of transparency under pressure from the criticism. One obvious change would be free sticker placement when creating a souvenir item. But the foundation, in our view, is here to stay.

Но уже 3 июня, а обновления всё ещё нет.

И ведь конкурс на приём работ для новых коллекций (Arabesque Art and Arabian Mythology, Spy/Tech для скинов, Auto Racing и Fruits and Vegetables для стикеров) закончился ещё 13 марта. Работы собраны, победители по идее давно определены – так почему VALVE тянут? Пытаемся найти причины и разбираемся с причинами в этом материале.

Надо признать: в этом году разработчики не просто выпустили крупнейшее обновление атрибутики Мейджора, убрав привычные капсулы и добавив Major Shop, но и сделали это сильно заранее. У нас было больше недели, чтобы разобраться в новой системе, успеть выставить Pick’Em и так далее. Похоже, все силы были брошены именно туда, особенно учитывая, что мы не увидели ни одной утечки об этой системе до релиза.

IEM Cologne Major 2026 стартовал 2 июня и идёт до 21 июня – то есть прямо сейчас турнир в самом разгаре. И тут напрашивается простой вывод: VALVE могли намеренно не мешать два больших события. Запускать ротацию Armory ровно в тот момент, когда всё внимание комьюнити приковано к Pick’Em, новым стикерам игроков и Major Shop, – значит распылять хайп. Логичнее «разнести» обновления, и тогда новые коллекции в Armory ждут нас уже после Мейджора.

Контраргумент тоже есть: формально одно другому не мешает, ротации Armory и события Мейджора жили параллельно и раньше. Но в этот раз масштаб подготовки к Кёльну действительно выглядит так, будто он съел весь ресурс разработчиков на пару месяцев вперёд.


Если отбросить слухи о том, что компания может «дорисовать» любое количество скинов и контролировать рынок, остаётся приземлённая версия: предметов раскупили недостаточно, и VALVE ждут «целевого» объёма продаж, прежде чем закрывать коллекции.

Теория спорная, но право на жизнь имеет. Аргумент «за» – Train 2025: её брали действительно вяло, и не факт, что даже хайп вокруг будущего «лимита» достаточно подстегнул продажи. А вот с Sport & Field всё иначе: коллекция в игре уже полтора года и всё это время остаётся одной из самых популярных. Сложно поверить, что под неё VALVE выстраивали какие-то невыполненные ожидания.

Тем более с прошлыми коллекциями разработчики прощались довольно оперативно, и ощущения переизбытка не было. И если уж верить этой версии (что коллекции реально в дефиците) – то почему VALVE не вводят скидки? Это был бы идеальный стимул тратить звёзды именно на них. Здесь же стоит добавить отрезвляющий факт: Armory как система – это огромные деньги (по неофициальным оценкам, счёт идёт на сотни миллионов долларов выручки). На фоне таких цифр версия «ждём, пока докупят» выглядит слабее: вряд ли пара недель продаж двух коллекций для VALVE настолько критична, чтобы ради них стопорить целый апдейт. Ведь новые предметы наоборот всегда вызывают большой ажиотаж и стимулируют игроков покупать пропуск.

Ну а вывод для игрока простой: если вы верите в теорию, что выход апдейта задерживают из-за недостатка скинов – идти за ними нужно уже сейчас, пока «Последний шанс» не превратился в «уже не купить». Что же покупать из уходящих коллекций разбирали еще месяц назад.


Как вы знаете, в подобных конкурсах разработчики полностью выкупают права на работы за единоразовую выплату. По новым «дополнительным условиям» Workshop это $35.000 за скин на оружие и $6.000 за стикер (столько же, кстати, платят и за брелок и многие авторы считают эту сумму заниженной по объёму работы). Выкупив права, VALVE получают полную свободу переделывать предмет под себя.

А переделывать они любят. Нередко финальная версия скина заметно отличается от того, что подавал автор: это может быть связано и с техническими ограничениями движника, и с любовью VALVE к пасхалкам и скрытым деталям, которые они вшивают в работы. Учитывая, что на этот раз скинов выйдет очень много (две большие коллекции плюс два набора стикеров), процесс доработки вполне мог затянуться дольше запланированного.

И вот тут вариантов масса.

Новый кейс. После отказа от капсул в это верится слабее, но почему бы VALVE не устроить официальный LAST DANCE – кейс, который поставит точку в эпохе? Как красивый жест это смотрелось бы органично.

Новый лимитированный предмет. Во-первых, тогда апдейт придется ждать ещё около месяца. Во-вторых, это подтверждало бы версию о куда большем масштабе, чем четыре известные коллекции. Многие верят, что следующим лимитом может стать нож или перчатки, и мы эту возможность тоже не отрицаем. Всё это время лимитированные предметы шли по нарастающей в плане «редкости»: после красного предмета за 125 звёзд вполне можно представить и золотой за 500.

Отсюда же вырастает ещё одна любопытная теория: что лимитированные предметы потенциально объединят в единую коллекцию с доступным крафтом. Тогда огромное количество «лимита» начнёт исчезать с торговой площадкой со скоростью света, превращаясь с каждым днём в реально «лимитированные». Как вам такое?

Коллекция Cache. Карта уже вернулась в игру 28 апреля. Многие ждут, что на Мейджоре объявят о её возвращении в активный соревновательный маппул – после чего логично ждать и коллекцию Cache 2026 в Armory. Это даже совпало бы с датой завершения таймера лимитированного предмета: и Мейджор и возможность приобретения AK-47 | Aphrodite заканчиваются в конце июня. Но есть и другой вопрос: а обязательны ли вообще теперь коллекции под карты? VALVE отказались не только от капсул со стикерами, но и от сувенирных контейнеров: так зачем тогда привязывать коллекцию к карте? Хотя, что скрывать, коллекцию Cache 2026 мы бы увидели с огромным удовольствием.


Если сложить всё вместе, самая правдоподобная картина выглядит так: бэкенд под обновление готов (теги в файлах это подтверждают), работы выкуплены и дорабатываются, а сам релиз VALVE сознательно придержали, чтобы не мешать его с Мейджором. То есть, логичнее всего – новые коллекции в Armory мы увидим уже после Кёльна и есть неплохой шанс, что вместе с ними нас ждёт что-то покрупнее четырёх анонсированных тем.

А пока – следим за патчноутами и не забываем: предметы с пометкой «Последний шанс» могут исчезнуть в любой день. Даже завтра. Ведь это же VALVE.

The last Armory Pass update was January 21, 2026 — and all we got was the limited AK-47 Aphrodite. That was over four months ago. For context, Valve usually refreshes the Armory at least once every few months. This silence is already unusual by their own standards.

On April 21, a “Last Chance to Buy” warning appeared on several items: the Train 2025 and Sport & Field collections, plus the Sugarface 2 and Elemental Craft sticker capsules. Last time Valve ran that warning — back in September 2025 — items disappeared exactly three weeks later. The community did the math and circled mid-May on their calendars. Mid-May came and went. It’s now June 3, and there’s still nothing.

The submission window for new collections (Arabesque Art and Arabian Mythology, Spy/Tech for weapons, Auto Racing and Fruits and Vegetables for stickers) closed on March 13. The entries are in. Winners have presumably been picked. So what’s the holdup?

One thing worth keeping in mind before diving into theories: dataminers already found new collection tags and a Workshop_Event string in the game files back in spring. The backend work is clearly underway. The question was never if — it’s when, and why it’s taking this long.


This year Valve didn’t just update Major cosmetics — they completely overhauled the system, scrapping capsules entirely and replacing them with the Major Shop. And they shipped it well ahead of schedule, giving the community over a week to figure out Pick’Em, explore the new setup, and spend money before the tournament even started. Not a single leak surfaced beforehand. That kind of coordinated, leak-free launch doesn’t happen without serious internal focus.

IEM Cologne Major 2026 runs June 2–21, so it’s happening right now. The logic here is simple: Valve probably didn’t want to compete with themselves. Dropping a big Armory rotation while the community is deep into Pick’Em predictions, player sticker hunting, and Major Shop spending would split attention and dilute both moments. Staggering the releases makes more sense — which would put new Armory content right after Cologne wraps.

Fair counterpoint: Armory updates and Majors have coexisted before without any issues. But the sheer scale of what Valve built for Cologne this time around genuinely looks like it ate up months of dev bandwidth.


Forget the conspiracy theories about Valve controlling supply on a whim. The more straightforward version: not enough items sold, and Valve is waiting on some internal threshold before closing out the collections.

It’s debatable, but not completely baseless. Train 2025 did move slowly throughout its run, and the “Last Chance” bump may not have been enough to change that. Sport & Field is the opposite — it’s been in the game for eighteen months and has stayed consistently popular. Hard to imagine Valve had unrealistic expectations there.

On top of that, Valve has historically rotated collections out pretty swiftly, without any apparent concern over leftover stock. And if the theory is that sales are lagging — why no discounts? A star rebate or a limited-time deal would be the obvious move to clear inventory.

Here’s the thing though: the Armory is a massive revenue machine. Unofficial estimates put it in the hundreds of millions. Against numbers like that, delaying an entire update over a few extra weeks of collection sales seems like a stretch — especially when new content always drives a wave of pass purchases on its own.

The practical takeaway: if you believe this theory, go buy what you want now. “Last Chance” has a way of becoming “no longer available” very suddenly. We covered what’s worth picking up from the outgoing collections last month.


In Workshop competitions, Valve buys out full rights to every accepted submission in a one-time payment. Under the current terms, that’s $35,000 per weapon skin and $6,000 per sticker or charm — a rate many creators consider low given the workload. But once Valve owns it, they own it completely, and they’re free to change whatever they want.

They use that freedom liberally. Final skins often look noticeably different from the original submission — partly due to engine constraints, partly because Valve loves embedding Easter eggs and hidden details that weren’t in the original work. With two full weapon collections and two sticker sets dropping at once, the finishing process could realistically have run longer than planned.

The collections are coming. Arabesque Art and Arabian Mythology, Spy/Tech, Auto Racing, Fruits and Vegetables — they’ll land when they’re ready. We broke down the likely winners from each category in a separate piece.


This is where it gets interesting.

A new case. Less likely after Valve walked away from capsules, but not impossible. One final case as a send-off to that era? As a statement move, it would actually make a lot of sense.

A new limited item. If this is in the works, add another month to the wait. It would also suggest the update is considerably larger than four collections. The running assumption in the community is that the next limited could be a knife or gloves — and the escalation pattern supports it. Limited items have been creeping up in rarity: after a red-tier item at 125 stars, a gold-tier item at 500 isn’t hard to imagine.

Tied to this is another theory making the rounds: that all the limited items eventually get rolled into a single craftable collection. The day that happens, supply evaporates. What’s technically “limited” right now becomes genuinely scarce almost overnight.

A Cache collection. The map came back on April 28. A lot of people are expecting a Cologne announcement about Cache returning to the active competitive pool — and a Cache 2026 collection in the Armory would be a natural follow-up. The timing even lines up: both the Major and the AK-47 Aphrodite window close at the end of June. The only real question is whether map-tied collections even fit Valve’s current direction. They’ve already dropped sticker capsules and souvenir containers — so the old formula of “new map = new collection” may not apply anymore. Still, a Cache 2026 collection would be a very welcome surprise.


The backend is ready. The submissions have been purchased. The most likely scenario is that Valve held the release deliberately to avoid stepping on the Major — and that new Armory collections drop shortly after Cologne ends. There’s also a real chance something bigger than four collections is coming along with them.

Watch the patch notes. And don’t sleep on those “Last Chance” items — Valve can pull them at any time. Even tomorrow.

Причём здесь Кёльн? IEM Cologne – «Собор Counter-Strike»: четыре Мейджора и LANXESS Arena на 20 000 человек делают этот турнир одним из самых ожидаемых за последние годы. Но Германия – это ещё и страна, где в последнее время усиливается регуляторное давление на игровую монетизацию. Немецкие власти уже обязали VALVE внедрить X-Ray-сканер при открытии кейсов: сначала видишь содержимое, потом решаешь, покупать ключ или нет.

Так связано ли исчезновение капсул с местом проведения Мейджора? Скорее всего, всё вместе: и регуляторное давление различных властей, и локация, и собственный курс VALVE на уход от ассоциаций с азартными играми. Капсулы полностью удалены. Вместо них – Major Shop с новой валютой: токенами.

Теперь схема работает так:

• Открываешь Major Shop прямо в игре.
  
• Видишь каждый стикер отдельно: обычный, Holo, Foil, Gold – любой вариант любого игрока и любой команды.
  
• Выбираешь нужный, платишь токенами.

Всё. Никакого рандома.

Токены покупаются в Steam Wallet по курсу 100 токенов = $0,99. Важно: купить их «про запас» нельзя – токены приобретаются только в момент оформления заказа на стикеры, если баланса не хватает.


Ключевая механика, которая делает систему по-настоящему рыночной и очень схожа с «дилером» в Терминалах. Цены на стикеры не фиксированы – они меняются в реальном времени в зависимости от спроса:

• Стикеры топ-игроков (donk, ZywOo, m0NESY) и популярных команд (Vitality, Falcons, NAVI) дорожают с ростом спроса.
  
• Стикеры аутсайдеров (менее востребованные) – дешевеют.
  
• После больших объёмов продаж цены пересчитываются относительно друг друга.

Защита покупателя: если цена стикера упала более чем на 25 токенов в течение 24 часов после твоей покупки – разница автоматически возвращается токенами в течение недели. Небольшой, но приятный жест в сторону ранних покупателей.


Официально – разработчики отказались от капсул и перешли на прямую покупку наклеек, чтобы предметы были доступны игрокам из всех регионов.

Германия и ряд других европейских стран начали ужесточать законодательство в отношении лутбоксов как формы азартных игр. Немецкие игроки переживали о потенциально заблокированном доступе к капсулам ещё до официального анонса – и IEM Cologne, «немецкий» Мейджор, стал идеальной точкой для смены системы. Ведь если раньше на $10 игрок открывал 10 капсул и вытаскивал 10 наклеек, то сейчас он просто потратит эти деньги на 2–3 стикера, которые ему по душе. Автографы игроков и команд с небольшой фанбазой также могут стать редкостью, ведь их будут закупать только «инвесторы» в надежде на этот тейк.

ГЛАВНЫЙ ВОПРОС: А БУДУТ ЛИ СКИДКИ?!


Это, пожалуй, самое смелое нововведение обновления.


Сувенирные контейнеры приобретались за реальные деньги (с помощью покупки монет), дроп был привязан к конкретному матчу и карте (коллекции скинов), стикеры – к командам и карте, а не к игрокам. Предсказать или контролировать выпадение конкретного предмета из сувенирного набора было невозможно. Любой сувенирный предмет – исключительно дело удачи.


Теперь это полностью контролируемый крафт:

• Берёшь любое оружие из своего инвентаря – обычное или уже имеющее Souvenir-качество.
  
• Выбираешь завершённый матч и конкретного игрока из него.
  
• Получаешь Souvenir-версию оружия с золотыми стикерами: логотипы команд, автограф игрока, стикер карты.

Перед крафтом – превью результата. Существующие стикеры на оружии снимаются.

Дополнительно: Souvenir-предметы теперь можно использовать в Trade Up Contracts вместе с обычными. Это открывает принципиально новые пути для апгрейда инвентаря. Но из этого контракта не может выпасть сувенирный предмет – только обычный.

• Теперь любой предмет можно сделать сувенирным с любыми командами и любым автографом игрока. Это кардинально меняет рынок редких сувениров.
  
• Возвращение автографов игроков на сувенирных предметах – огромный W для фанатов.
  
• Кастомизация под себя – то, что было абсолютно недоступно в старой системе.

• Размывание редкости. Раньше AWP Dragon Lore Souvenir был редким потому, что его нельзя было просто «накрафтить». Теперь любой, у кого есть Dragon Lore и достаточно токенов, может получить Souvenir-версию. Потенциальное наводнение рынка.
  
• Владельцы старых дропов с «натуральной» историей могут потерять в цене. Вряд ли «оригинальные» экземпляры сильно потеряют из-за появления «скрафченных», но эксклюзивность немного снизится.

Мысли SIH по горячим следам: нововведение довольно интересное. Если мы правильно поняли механику, то прежние сувенирные предметы больше не появятся в игре, а значит, поднимутся в цене. Тем более – теперь их можно использовать в крафте, и они не лежат мёртвым грузом в инвентаре! Это запустит целую волну исчезновения сувенирных скинов и спровоцирует рост цен на них. По ощущениям, будет схожая ситуация, которая сложилась после появления крафта ножей: дешёвым предметам вдохнули вторую жизнь, и в них снова появился смысл.


Эта часть системы сохраняет привычную структуру, но с адаптацией под новую экономику токенов:

• Стандартный Viewer Pass – ~$9,99 (аналог предыдущих Мейджоров).
  
• Pass + доп. токены (900 токенов) – ~$17,99.

Pass даёт доступ к Pick’Em, Challenge Coin (Bronze → Silver → Gold → Diamond) и 300 токенов за каждый успешный апгрейд монеты (в зависимости от успеха предиктов).

Участие в Pick’Em Challenge остаётся стимулом смотреть матчи и делать точные предсказания. Всё, что раньше давало лишние сувенирные наборы, теперь конвертируется в «валюту», которую можно потратить на любой товар в Major Shop.


VALVE сохранили принцип: 50% от всех продаж (Pass + Major Shop) идут на роялти. Но схема распределения переработана:

• 5% – организатору (на IEM Cologne 2026 – это ESL).
  
• Остаток – командам и игрокам, в две фазы:

До Гранд-финала: распределение пропорционально позиции в глобальном VRS-рейтинге на момент начала турнира.

Его вполне можно считать более справедливым, ведь теперь всё зависит от команд, а не от «рандома», где раньше было важно просто попасть в одну капсулу с китайскими коллективами или другими командами с большой фанбазой.


Отдельного внимания заслуживает визуальная концепция. Дизайнеры нашли идеальную отсылку к месту проведения: стикеры Cologne 2026 вдохновлены витражами Кёльнского собора. Яркие, «стеклянные», с выраженными световыми эффектами.

Foil-версии вернулись – в отличие от embroidered-стиля прошлого Мейджора (возможно, мы больше их не увидим). Сообщество в целом принимает это тепло.

• Pick any weapon from your inventory — regular or already Souvenir-quality.
  
• Select a completed match and a specific player from that match.

You get a full preview before committing. Any existing stickers on the weapon are removed in the process.

• Any weapon can become a souvenir with any team combination and any player autograph. The rare souvenir market will never be the same.

• Owners of “natural drop” souvenirs with genuine history may take a hit. The truly iconic pieces probably won’t tank, but the exclusivity factor has undeniably taken a step back.
