I've realise that it doesn't help that I always give myself hope of reviving this project.

No matter how many times I give the leadership to someone, it ain't gonna change.

With this said, I deeply apologise to everyone that had hope in this project since 2015.

I'm also thanking everyone for joining and participating in trying to make this game a little bit better.

It all started with a simple comment on the "Zero to Hero" SFM, yet I was and still am too incompetent to lead or continue such a project.

This group will not get deleted in any kind of way. It will stay up and people will be able to comment and make discussions however they want. This announcement is basically the nail in the coffin which says "there ain't gonna be anything else anymore"

Good day, fellow F2pteachers and new noodles!

I am Empress Hellfire, but call me Fatalia!

I recently joined this steam group after knowing Sir Limesalot for a few months, and I can definitely say that this group has a lot of locked-in potential! 😊 I am happy to be of service and aid to you guys! :D As for the following content, it will be a small process but with courage, dedication, and a bit of fuel to feed the fire we should be alright! 😊

Changes:

Prepare for a total revamp of the F2pTeach Discord group!
This will include the following:
- Rearrangement of lobbies and voice channels.
- Role structures (with approval from Sir Limesalot and the rest of staff, of course!).

Throwing the Towel

This group started back in 2015 with good intentions as a starting point for free to play players. I had big hopes, to be as helpful as the jumping academy was for soldier mains.

I miserably failed at that.

Our teaching system was overcomplicated. Dan and me grew too apart from tf2, and the group started to collect more and more dust.

Over the years nobody did anything. No reviewing of new teachers, updating the teachers list, or similar. The only thing I did was making a discord with a backseat teacher thing.

I feared of this very day, but I just have to accept it. It's over. I will stop telling myself that this could be saved, especially after the failure of transfering the group to a new owner.

But otherwise, I still want to give a big shotout to the co-owner Judge Dan, the many teachers we managed to hire up, the ones that helped regardless of being a teacher or not, and the people that joined our rare events.

I won't delete this group though, you can still comment, discuss, and look at the older threads without getting hindered. This annoucement is just a confirmation, that both me and dan, won't make any more changes. No more trying of getting a new owner, or anything similar.

Due to complications, Pyrolord and me had to stop the Partnership. Which means that I still need a successor as a group leader.

Requirements are obvious as last time. Good amount of steam group knowledge, a sizeable group (500+ Members) to show that you have leadership skills, and some knowledge in discord too maybe.

Otherwise, I also need an example for a functioning good teacher system. If you can show me a good, realistic idea, the more chances you have of being the leader of this group.

New intentions for a brighter future!

Good afternoon everyone!

For those who may not know me. My name is Nobleman PyroLord, I am the founder of a separate community group known as the Brotherhood Allegiancy but very recently the new director of F2P Teachers!

I’d first like to go forth and say that it is an honour to be appointed as the new director within this beautiful community that dedicated itself to teaching free to play teachers the steps we also once toke when first starting out! I pledge to continue on the legacy of this community and to restore it to it’s full capacity but also to improve this community to a far greater length than ever before!

To show my gratitude I present this community, the reopening (or first ever?) of this communities very own Team Fortress 2 server! With the intentions of hosting a series of events throughout this weekend to kick off the start of a brighter future of this community! Be sure to keep an eye out on the main group page for when the IP is posted! I can assure you, that this will not be the only series changes that are too be implemented within this community and more is to be expected as days move forward! :)

Recently valve has gone on the offensive against "rule breaking" community content.

Our officer was just given a 1 month ban for sporting a nazi flag avatar in a relevant FPS, for under an hour. That's right, they caught an icon in under an hour, and that my friends means they are using an algorithm... That's not good news for the average user. But it doesn't stop there, the security "overhaul" gets much worse.

On top of increasing their prudishness valve has also been systematically deleting screenshots from user accounts. The biggest issue with this by far is that they have been deleting content that doesn't even break their terms or rules. I myself have had unaltered/vanilla screenshots of Dark Souls, tabletop simulator and Burokku Girls deleted, as well as various other games/screenshots. None of which contained patched nudity/anything rule breaking. In fact, one of them was Asahi from Burokku girls in the same exact outfit in this bg, but simply wincing and holding her arm.
I'm not alone either, even Lime has had screenshots from Job Simulator of all games deleted frivolously. Yet the saddest part? Screenshots of games like shower with your dad simulator, which depict the penises of both men and boys alike have been left entirely untouched.

Valve needs to get their shit together, this kind of user censorship is absurd on their platform. A platform where, you can buy/play wolfenstein (swastikas), Witcher (nudity and sex), and even has tags for adult content built into their fucking store.

So here's how you can help. I'm going to be putting together a large report thread under the official steam support discussion forums. In order to do this however, I need more than the 6 or so example screenshots I currently have from your three humble moderators. If you have images saved of screenshots/artwork you have had deleted unfairly/unjustifiably I humbly request that you contact me so I can compile the images. With enough examples of the system wrongfully deleting content and banning users from community access, valve might step in and fix things as they did when a big enough stink was raised about Puush being blacklisted.

-To clear things up, I need a screenshot of your screenshot page. The red border/notification at the top included, to act as proof that was the image that was unfairly removed. Not sure if you've had something deleted? View your screenshot gallery in grid mode to speed up load times and scroll through the pages. If none are highlighted in red, congrats! You're one of the lucky ones.

I hope you guys are ready for a 4 day jungle update!

TF2 got a decade old!

On the 10th October 2007, TF2 was released.

Some of you might were lucky enough to even play it in beta before the actual release!

I only played half of TF2's lifespan, yet I still hope that this game will surive some other years before dying out to the competition.

Until then, I want to say: Happy birthday TF2!
