As I was uploading my video explaining how to re-enable your ESP mods for Fallout 4 after the patch disabled them, I found out the Nexus Mod Manager (NMM) tool was to get an update that would fix this issue. Be sure to check you NMM version to see if it is ready and try that first.

The latest patch for Fallout 4 seems to disable ESP based mods. I will show you how to get around this and discuss the wisdom of doing so.
