How to solve locked screen when remote playing/stream [SOLUTION HERE]
There have been several posts here that listed the same issue:

trying to remote play to a windows PC but the PC is locked or shows this message here:

Would you like to accept secure desktop input from Steam? You must respond to this dialog while sitting at the PC. If you are seeing this when you aren't using a controller or Steam, In-Home Streaming then you should check your PC for malware,

This issue comes when the remote PC is locked. This can happen in several ways:

* You locked the PC yourself or
* you did not unlock it after the PC started.
* you are using an RDP (remote desktop) client. This client locks the PC automatically when you disconnect it, even if you left it unlocked.

How to solve this?

You need to unlock your PC. This is possible when using a remote client that does NOT automatically after the session. I personally recomend VNC server for this. Teamviewer should work the same.

You can RDP into your PC, install VNC, connect from your client to the host and then play.
I know this is not ideal since you have an additional client on your machine, but it's still better than leaving the PC without a password.

Alternative, use a different command to log out of your RDP session as described here:

Hope this helps.
