To sign up for it open the "Steam" menu at the top left of your client and in the Settings tab select the option to change your beta participations and find "Steam beta update".

I've been banned from SteamGifts for apparently breaking the rules so I can no longer resume the giveaways until it's sorted out.. For someone reason I think that's it's never gonna be fixed though. I'm gonna keep trying because this really means a lot to me and I don't want to lose all of that positive feedback and value that I've been building up and look like a fraud.
