At the end of every month, anyone who invites all their friends will be eligible to win a hat at the end of the month. There will be an announcement, and the winner will have 1 week to claim the prize. Every month, you will have to re-invite your friends, to maintain eligibility. All you have to do is Upload the screenshot (Proof of Date and Time must be included in the screenshot) to the discussion labeled "[Month] [Year] Hat Giveaway" (This one will be called "October 2014 Hat Giveaway").
