I doubt any of us other than you have that game, and even if we did, we would be worse than the people you're used to playing with. In addition to that, we have trouble maintaining a 6-player tf2 roster, so I'm not sure how 8 would work.

If any of u guys have time I'm trying to put together an 8 man squad in Tom Clancy ghost recon phantoms. It's a tactics game and I'm tired of playing with nubes that don't how to follow orders. It's not important and I know u guys have tf2 matches but it is apriciated.

you can't find a PUG to play on, or everyone else has 3000+ hours, try MGEs. MGE is a mod which lets you have 1 on 1 duels with another player, and is a good way to improve your personal skills.
