I can't get a trading card
I asked the Steam support center and they said it was a traffic error. So I turned on the game and waited for a long time, and I tried all the profile reveal games, but it didn't work... I asked them again and they told me to upload it here, so I asked them here,,

It says you can't get a card, but you don't get a card,.... There's a very big difference between the number of cards you can get and the number you get, how do you solve this..?
(For example, you can get 3 more cards > 0 out of 8 cards,
Get 6 more cards > Collect 0 out of 12 cards
No More Cards > Collect 0 of 6 Cards)

I'm Korean, but I'm using a translator, so my grammar can be awkward...

For free-to-play games, you have to spend the equivalent of $9 to unlock card drops.

I played Stardew Valley 500 hours and didn't get any cards... Portal 2 and other games too.... So sad...

You too...? I still can't fix it..
i've experienced a similar glitch with cards not dropping once or twice over the years. I found that adding a game to my library seemed to "refresh" or update my card drops.

Try adding a F2P game to your account and then removing it. That worked for me in the past.

Other things to note:

1. If you got a game for free on Steam or got a "complimentary" key code from a third party, those won't have card drops. Check your key/license activation history - only "retail" or "Steam Store" keys will have card drops. If it says "complimentary", then you won't get card drops until you buy a retail copy.

2. If you have certain privacy settings turned on or have the game hidden in your library, then Steam sometimes sees your hours played as zero and won't drop cards.

Thank you for the detailed explanation!! I will try it!!
Hey dude, your profile is private.. Try setting all game details and profile to public and see if you're still facing the same issue.
