And danced the sky on laughter-silvered wings

Sunward I've climbed

And enjoyed the tumbling mirth of sun-spit cloud

And done a hundred of things you have not dreamed of

Wheeled‚ soared‚ swung high in the sunlit silence

Hovering there‚ I've chased the shouting wind alone

And flung my eager craft to footless halls of air with easy grace

Where never lark‚ or even eagle flew

And while the silence lifting mind

I've trod the high untrespassed sanctity of space
