F*ck this pc port, don't play it because it's so unoptimized and will eat a huge chunk of vram

It's a good game with fun loop but could have been better if the devs gave a damn about Nightreign's problems such as some bosses could be more balanced and not overpowered gods (especially everdark bosses) that has 1 billion health, constant AOE attacks, leaving no room for you to recover if you get hit and that they can kill you with one hit. The bosses and enemies are also reused from previous games like Dark Souls, Elden Ring and it's just very lazy, we expect this game to have new bosses and enemies but it doesn't. Playing online with randoms is garbage because sometimes you get matched with good ones but most of the times you get paired with f**king morons who keeps bailing on you (especially deep of night) either it's rage quit because they died one time or two or the run didn't go perfect so they think it's over or they didn't get what they want or arrogant people who are "experts" at the game and quits if you are less skilled than them, if you want to be serious then don't bail on others just because they are less skilled. Why even bother playing online with randoms if you are just gonna bail on them 20-30 minutes later or a soon as the session begins? The game should punish you for leaving others like not being able to join online for a couple of hours or be banned from using online, the Deep of Night mode is cool on paper but it's straight up trash due to it being too punishing, people bail on you constantly, some everdark bosses like Libra, Tricephalos and Balancers being a pain to fight and could basically ruin your ranking

The game went downhill when we had to kill the sexy Dimitrescu daughters, why did we have to kill them :/

Pros: great graphics, amazing soundtrack and character designs are good

Cons: cringe level is high, boring and most of the time nothing really happens, cringy/awkward conversations, literally every dialogue option has a impact on the characters and gets offended if they didn't like it, mediocre writing and bad ending

I wanna recommend this game but can't at the same time because the first half of the game with Grace's sections at the care center is good even tho it was straight up ripped from Amnesia: The Bunker but the second half with Leon's sections is bad when he enters raccoon city, the boss fights are trash (including the final boss) and the moments leading up to the bosses sucks, Grace being a f*cking scared p*ssy throughout the whole game and her character arc makes no sense, there is no NG+, no extra content and the fact that this game costs 70$ for 8 hours of beating the main story is just pure stupidity. Overall it's a resident evil game between mediocre and decent but not the best or amazing, the first half was good but the second half was just creative bankruptcy, nostalgia with Leon, raccoon city and the return of previous enemies from the series. The only reason requiem has overwhelmingly positive reviews is because of nostalgia, Capcom made half the game for fan service and nothing else.

DO NOT buy this disgusting woke garbage game, easily the worst entry, it's a disrespectful to the first game with Max and Chloe, they broke up for no reason if you sacrificed arcadia bay in the first game and Chloe means nothing in the game because she is hated by Deck Nine when they did not create the characters. Max's character development makes no sense because SHE STILL USES HER REWIND POWERS EVEN THO USING IT WOULD MESS WITH TIME AND SPACE, all the characters are trash except for maybe Moses, choices does not matter at all, ending is trash because there is only one and it's all of the sudden Marvel Avengers where everybody gets powers, the romances are heavily forced, there are only some playable areas and they are used over and over again, chapter 1-3 were decent but 4 and 5 are hot trash, reusing the storm and some flashbacks scenes from LIS1 like the dark room/bathroom scene for nostalgia bait, the timeline shifting power was unnecessary and the final thing is Max and Chloe's story was done in the first game, so bringing them back would only do damage to the series and Chloe returns in the next game after Double Exposure flopped so badly because Square Enix is desperate for money.


Double Exposure and Reunion is nothing but cash grab from Square Enix and developed by ♥♥♥♥ Nine who can't even write good LIS games, this series really went downhill after LIS2 because 1 and 2 are the only goated games since they are developed by DON'T NOD, so yourself a favor and play their games instead of these made by Deck NIne
