@xxi TJ ixx - It's just a silly prop that appears during celebrations in TF2. Ya kick it around and shoot it. Sadly it has been bugged for a while (turns invisible when hit hard) and there is a fix but it hasn't been added yet.

There is a common scam where people use workshop submissions as bait. There is nothing I can do about it personally. Report the user and hope Valve does their job.
