Kyoshiro a legend in the midst. It all started when his parents noticed that he had a very special gift. The gift to blink wherever he wished. Soon after his realization of this gift he went to the head shogun for his district, there he started training to become an assassin for the troupe of the army known only as the Night Shades. After years of training he became one of the top assassins besting even his very own mentor. His ability to blinks also improved. Its reach was further and his reaction time was quicker and he could also blink through walls which allowed him a quieter kill. All was well until he was forced with the task to slay his own parents. He went and warned his family and they managed to escape. He then returned to the shogun and claimed the reward. Even though he had not truly managed to slay his own parents... The shogun, after a few days heard that Kyoshiro's parents were still alive. That angered him he called Kyoshiro to his keep and banished him. As Kyoshiro accepted his exile, little did he know his former comrades the Night Shades were sent to kill him. Many such battles were fought and Kyoshiro barely escaped with his life. He was out of harm until one day when the Night Shade Morakiatsu Shinimaki came to him ready to duel. It was an intense yet swift battle. After the duel was done he personally delivered the severed head of Morakiatsu to the shogun with a letter. The shogun commanded the guard to read it. It read "This is my only warning stop the attacks upon me and my family or else.... Signed Kyoshiro ShadowScythe." The shogun asked why he called himself ShadowScythe. The guard replied that it was because he was quick and as quiet as a shadow and his weapon of choice was the scythe and also that was what his old companions called him in the troupe. From then on Kyoshiro ShadowScythe was known as a renegade assassin and was never seen by any. His final known words were " I vow to relinquish this sacred land of the tyranous shogun even if it is the last thin I do."
