Exploration is fun and relaxing, shooting feels good, the music is beautiful (and it doesn't stop playing when you pause the game, I don't know why on earth some games do that - this one, thankfully, does not).

The story does not get in the way of your fun, you're free to go and travel the galaxy almost from the very beginning. When you do decide to play through the story, it's usually interesting and either good, okay, or very good (especially faction quests).

Visuals are good - it's no Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora or anything, but it does look nice.
However, the performance should be better - I get consistent 70+ fps on maxed out graphics at 2560x1080, but I get similar performance in Red Dead Redemption 2, which is way more visually striking than this. The game should have been optimized better.

All in all, I don't really get what people's problem is.
I'm having a blast with Starfield.

Is it perfect? No.
Could it have been way better with a few very simple, minor changes? Absolutely.
Is it still a very enjoyable experience despite that? Absolutely.

It's really fun to me and I enjoy it very much.
