Bingle Bingle 1.0 Full Release!

Hello, everyone.

Bingle Bingle has finally been fully released!

We sincerely thank everyone who played Bingle Bingle during Early Access, sent us feedback, and reported bugs.

What Has Changed Since Early Access?

Bingle Bingle was first released in Early Access on March 19, 2024.

The Game you see today is very different from the version that was first released.

Over time, the following content has been added to the game:

2 classes → 5 classes

8 quests → 20 quests

50 badges → Over 200 badges

Infinite Mode added

House Edge Mode added

Challenge Mode added

Special pockets added

Collection system added

The past two years of developing Bingle Bingle have been a truly special time for our team.

Compared to the time it took us to create the first prototype and release the game into Early Access, we never expected that completing the game would take this long.

While making our first game, we learned so much. We also had a wonderful time receiving countless bug reports, ideas, and feedback through the community and email.

Thanks to your help, we now feel confident saying that Bingle Bingle has become a game with its own unique charm.

Future Updates

After the full release, we plan to first carry out another balance patch based on player data and feedback.

As more play data accumulates after the 1.0 release, we will review actual gameplay data and adjust elements that appear to be too strong or too weak.

After that, we are also aiming to port the game to other platforms, including mobile and Nintendo Switch.

And this does not mean that updates for Bingle Bingle are completely over. We cannot share the exact details yet, but we do plan to bring new content updates someday.

You can now face the true master of the casino.

The Casino Final Boss can be reached through repeated clears and by fulfilling special conditions. Those who make it to the end will finally discover who truly controls the casino.

Steam Achievements Enabled

Steam Achievements have been added and are now linked to the achievements in the in-game Collection. Continue from the achievements you've already unlocked and challenge yourself to reach 100% completion!

Challenge Mode Complete

Eight new Challenge Modes have been added, offering unique ways to experience BingelBingel through special gameplay conditions and objectives!

Pocket Adjustments

Chain Pocket: Reward per affected number increased from 20 Chips → 50 Chips. Base selection remains at 3. Cost increased from 6 Coins → 7 Coins.
Glutton Pocket: Stored Chips increased from 30 → 60. Base selection reduced from 3 → 2.

Boss Adjustments

Fickle Luck: -2 / -3 → -1 / -2.
Oppression: 20% / 30% → 25% / 35%.

Quest and Reward Adjustments

No More Gambling: Multiplier bonus reduced from 100% → 30%. Target requirement changed to 300 / 400.
Fortune Whisper: Clear chance now starts at 1% and increases by 2% / 1% based on the amount of Coin Luck provided.
Snowdrop: Chips per Frozen Pocket reduced from 5 → 4.
Investment: Completion requirement reduced from 50 / 60 → 42 / 55.
Investment: Removed the additional Wood Token reward. After completion, all Gold Bets are automatically used at the start of each round.
Fragile Legacy: Completion requirement increased from 15 / 18 → 16 / 20.
Fragile Legacy: Destroyed Token reward increased from 40% → 50%.
Round Robin: Granted Discards reduced from +5 → +2.
Two Marshmallows: 80 Coins → 75 Coins.
Collector: Requirement reduced from 15 / 18 → 8 / 11.
Hungering Flame: Requirement reduced from 10 / 12 → 8 / 10.
Natural Selection: Requirement reduced from 5 / 6 → 4 / 5 rounds.
Frozen Split: 6% → 8%.
Relay Race: 25 / 30 → 22 / 26. Chip ratio increased from 30% → 40%.
Constellation: Chips per activated Star increased from 40% → 80%.
Strike Street: 2% → 4% Chips.
Monochrome: Chips increased from +300% → +400%.
Token Overwhelming: Now grants 1 Token every 2 rounds. Token value increase changed from 10% → 15%.

Feature Adjustments

Added 8 new Challenges.
First-time players can now choose whether to play the tutorial.

Bug Fixes

Significantly improved performance on low-end devices. The game should now run properly on many devices that were previously unable to launch it.
Added a loading screen when starting the game.
Fixed a bug where Golden Snow Removal did not grant its additional multiplier.
Fixed a bug where Pocket Analyst could unexpectedly change Pockets.
Fixed a bug where Joker Pocket did not reduce Chips.

This game WAS amazing, put in 40 hours in a week. WHY IN THE WORLD DID YOU NERF EVERYTHING. Add more levels don't make the game harder.

Yea, I dunno what it is, but the game just isn't as fun as I thought it'd be. It doesn't feel like there is any randomness to the game. The amount of times the wheel has landed on my number without anything attempting to encourage it to, is crazy in comparison to how Roulette normally plays out. Plus when you add the upgrades, and all the extras, the game is just a dull rinse repeat cycle that just doesn't work for some reason. I dunno if it's that there isn't enough turns/spins you can do(?) or what, but each round just feels far too short, then suddenly you are back at the shop.

You will spend 90% of your time looking at the shop and upgrades window, and 10% of the time actually spinning the wheel and playing. It's just boring. It should be the other way around. They should have a higher amount of chips to achieve per round, and like 15 spins, not 5 on average. It simply feels like the wrong direction was chosen for gameplay.

The game isn't "Bad," but it is just sort of boring and extremely repetitive. I'd rather be watching the ball spin around longer, with more actual randomness, then a guided experience the way the game is now. There is just too much in place to ensure the ball lands exactly where you want it to, which makes the idea of it being a roulette wheel irrelevant.

PS: Things like the ice mechanic shouldn't exist, it's just dumb and further exasperates the above issues, drastically limiting where the ball can land. It's like the devs wanted to further shoot themselves in the foot after already doing so.

Early Access Review

This game has huge potential, really fun gameplay loop. The problem? It's occasionally running like a slideshow presentation. Lagging, stuttering and needs a lot of work in that regard. The music is really repetitive, which doesn't help, it gets annoying quickly. It absolutely needs different soundtracks while playing (OR change the theme slightly like other games like Balatro). Do I recommend getting this game right now? Absolutely not. If it's running like this for me, it's gonna be just as bad for you. Does this game have potential and new content that isn't super repetitive? Yeah, i'd say so!! Other than that, the game is a lot of fun and the art style and animation is stunning. You can tell they put a lot of effort into this game, it's rather different than a lot of rogue-likes.

Achievement System Added

An achievement system has been added. Steam achievements will be enabled after a period of live testing, once we’re confident everything is working properly.

Massive Badge & Quest Update

A huge number of new badges and quests have been added. Seriously a lot.

Existing quests and badges have also been reworked.

Most bosses have been reworked as well, making them more challenging and oppressive.

Effect speed settings now also apply to actions such as draw, discard, and shuffle.

Balance Adjustments:

Category based badge boxes have been removed and replaced with a unified badge box that offers badges from a random pool at a slightly lower price.
Players will no longer receive 2 starting items for failing to reach the first boss. Instead, everyone will now always start with 3 starting items.

Shop Adjustments:

Unused coins in the shop will now be converted into the Tip System. Existing players will begin with 50 Tips. Shop features will now unlock progressively through the Tip System.

Known Issues Being Addressed:

There is currently an issue with the game’s loading method, causing some devices with older or weaker hardware to fail to launch the game properly. We are currently working on changing the loading method to resolve this.
There is currently a bug causing the game to crash immediately on startup when using NVIDIA 900 series graphics cards.

Lastly, a quick reminder about the full release schedule. Bingle Bingle will officially launch on June 19, so this will be the final update before full release!

When we first launched into Early Access, we had to release it rather quickly, and there were many rough edges. Since then, a huge amount of content has been added, and thanks to all the feedback and support from our players, we’ve been able to improve the game in countless ways.

Sometimes we look back at old streams or gameplay footage from the original release and think, “Was it really this much of a mess back then?” It’s a reminder of just how much the game has grown alongside all of you.

The full release will arrive alongside the addition of a hidden boss that serves as the game’s final challenge. In addition, we’ll also be adding Steam achievements, a Special Thanks section in the credits, balance adjustments, and various bug fixes.

Just bought the game and every time I launch it, it crashes after the Knitting Games screen. Any suggestions?

Isn't anyone else getting bored of copying trends? Vampire Survivors did well = 100 copycats Balatro did well = 100 copycats Supermarket Simulator did well = 100 copycats. It's all getting so dull. Have some original ideas, not just tiny variances on them....
