I would like to ask if my recent bans could be reviewed.

The first ban happened because my internet connection suddenly disconnected. I tried to reconnect using mobile data, but Left 4 Dead 2 would not let me rejoin the server.

After the ban expired, I joined another match, but a power outage occurred almost immediately after the game started. The electricity returned shortly afterward, but I had already been removed and received another ban.

I understand the rules and I am not asking for special treatment, but these disconnects were caused by technical issues outside of my control. I enjoy playing on the server and would appreciate it if my case could be reviewed.

Hello Ceda moderators, Help me. I received an unfair ban. One of the players of the game got banned from not readying up on time, and when i went to the page to get in the queue to find a match i couldn't do it since the page said ''you're already in a game''.
