New faceit hub for relaxed shooters

USL - a place for players who want to shoot heads with 0 pressure & 0 toxicity.

Reasons to play this over solo Q faceit & other hubs:

> No more vsing try hard stacks

> Due to OCE faceit playerbase not being as large as others, high ELO players can't find fair games & end up playing in un winnable situations only to lose -40, so the hub can be a great way to Que games without losing anything.

> Active admins that remove toxic players without hesitation.

> Every week a map will be replaced for something else like, DE_CBBLE, DE_TUSCAN, DE_SUBZERO, DE_SANTORINI, DE_BIOME & possibly Zoo. (example - this week vertigo is removed from que & cbble is added, so these maps can still be veto'd)

> (Optional) - Prize's may be added to the ladder, such as CS:GO skins & the ladder will have +3 points for WIN & +1 point for LOSS, so you always have a gain from playing.
