Go to IC3 of the FBI, report it, and report people who you have blocked. They're most likely spam reporting you, state your case there and steam should ease up on you.

Literally lol, this one guy is following me around profiles and calling me crap, aswell as calling me a pred - he doesn't get punished by support, only got a 1 day community ban and a warning lol.
